Is full bleed printing available for custom hot cups?
Yes! With the exception of the unprinted area at the base of the cup, where the outer wall is attached, these Custom Double Wall Hot Cups can be printed with full ink coverage. Your design can completely wrap around the cup. The only caveat is with a design element that wraps around--like a line or a bar--we cannot guarantee that it will perfectly align with itself at the seam on the cup.
Will I get to see a proof before you produce my order?
Yes! For new artwork, we will email you a digital proof of your cup design for approval. Production lead time begins after proof approval and payment are received.
When will I receive my order?
Current estimated lead time for this product is 3-5 weeks after proof approval and receipt of payment. Lead time is not guaranteed, and does not include transit time. Actual lead times may vary due to material availability and order volume.
What types of image files do you accept?
Vector files are required for graphics and logos. Acceptable vector file formats are .ai and Illustrator PDF.
Make sure any linked images are embedded, and all text is turned to outlines before exporting your vector image file.
If you want to print a photo on your custom hot cups, you can embed a PSD, PNG or JPEG file with a minimum of 300 dpi.
